














Problem: Contained Home was a new business for The Container Store. The customer needed to be introduced to the program and educated on how the program worked. Action: Budget was vital to the launch of a new program. I was under budget from paper size to negotiating model rates and working with Container Store employees as models. Worked with the merchants after working on the concept and making sure I was showcasing the most beloved SKU's. Results: The Container Store competed with other organizing services, and this piece launched a new revenue stream. The organizers were paid a commission for the sales as well as the time spent with each customer. The launch was so well received; there were multiple individual sales of $50,000 and up.
